Consulting Packages
We offer flexible consulting packages to meet clients at their level of need – from quick strategy sessions to full lifecycle support. Each package is designed based on our experience with what works best for emergency management agencies and technology providers. (We can also mix and match elements to create a custom engagement.)
Here are our main packages:
For Emergency Managers:
Pre-Incident Data Preparedness – Get ahead of the storm. This entry-level package is ideal for agencies just beginning to integrate data. It includes a private remote seminar on how data and technology can unlock disaster funding for your community, a hands-on review of your current data and GIS readiness, and assistance building an inventory of critical infrastructure in your jurisdiction. We’ll set up real-time hazard feeds (e.g. weather alerts tied to your infrastructure) to monitor threats and guide planning.
Outcome: Your organization will have a solid data foundation and clear action plan before disaster strikes, ensuring your data is “response-ready” to support faster aid and recovery.
Disaster Impact Analysis – Make faster decisions when every hour counts. This package focuses on the immediate aftermath of an incident. We deploy our Lifeline360: Structures analytics to provide rapid structure-by-structure damage assessments, delivered as GIS-ready data layers integrated into your crisis management system (like your ArcGIS Online maps or WebEOC). Within 12–24 hours post-event, you’ll receive interactive maps pinpointing damaged structures and infrastructure outages, augmented by AI and satellite imagery analysis. We also guide your staff in using these insights to streamline FEMA Preliminary Damage Assessments – for example, we help quantify impacts to support your disaster declaration requests in record time.
Outcome: clearer situational awareness and documentation in the critical first days, enabling you to allocate resources efficiently and make a stronger case for federal assistance.
Recovery & Debris Analytics – Optimize recovery funds and rebuild smarter. In the long tail of a disaster, data can save millions. This package provides analytical support for recovery planning – from debris management to infrastructure redevelopment. We use aerial imagery and on-the-ground data to document debris volumes and types for removal cost estimates. We’ll produce maps and reports showing where the hardest-hit areas are and analyses of impacts on housing, businesses, and critical facilities. These evidence-based metrics help you justify cleanup costs and mitigation grants to FEMA, ensuring you get every dollar your community is entitled to. We can also project timelines for utility restoration or identify communities with special needs (e.g. senior populations affected by power outages), helping you prioritize efforts.
Outcome: a faster, more cost-effective recovery with data to back up every decision and funding request. (By having this analysis, you can better compare contractor quotes for debris removal and prove to federal reviewers that your rebuilding plan is grounded in factual impact data)
For Technology Companies:
Product-Market Fit Assessment – Align your solution with emergency management needs. In this package, our experts will evaluate your product or prototype through the eyes of emergency responders. Over a short engagement, we’ll map your features to the FEMA workflows and standards they need to support (such as how your tool fits into the Incident Command System or addresses Community Lifeline disruptions). You’ll receive a report detailing gaps and opportunities – for instance, whether your damage reporting interface captures the data emergency managers must report to FEMA, or how your analytics can better support decisions on evacuations or resource staging. We’ll also advise on UI/UX improvements so that even non-technical officials can use your product under pressure. Outcome: actionable recommendations to make your technology more disaster-operations-friendly and marketable to government clients.
Pilot Deployment & Feedback – Test and prove your tech in the field. We arrange a structured pilot of your product with an emergency management agency (or a realistic simulated environment) to observe it in action during an exercise or event. Our team (with FEMA and EOC experience) will facilitate the pilot, collecting user feedback and performance data. We’ll help you define success metrics – e.g. time saved in reporting, improvement in situational awareness – and then evaluate the results. You get a case study out of it and testimonials or data points that you can use in marketing. Outcome: a refined product validated by real-world use, plus a success story to showcase to prospective government buyers.
Public Sector Strategy Guidance – Navigate government markets and procurement. This offering is a consulting retainer that helps tech startups enter the emergency management market strategically. We provide mentorship on everything from compliance (FedRAMP, GIS data standards) to marketing at emergency management conferences. We’ll show you how procurement works – whether it’s getting onto GSA schedules, responding to RFPs, or leveraging small-business set-asides – and help align your business development strategy accordingly. If needed, we can serve as a partner or sub-contractor (as a veteran-owned, registered vendor) to bolster your credibility in bids. Outcome: a tailored roadmap for growth in the government sector, with fewer surprises in the sales cycle and a higher chance of contract success.
